Clint Jones — Head Coach
Clint Jones is the Head Coach of Wolves Archery Academy and a USA Archery Level 2 Coach, Instructor Trainer, and Judge. His approach to coaching centers on meeting archers where they are and helping each of them find the path they want to take in the sport—whether that means trying archery for the first time, developing their skills, or pursuing competition at the state and national level.
Clint founded the program around the idea that competitive development and a welcoming environment don’t have to be separate things. Archers are taught strong fundamentals and challenged to improve, but success isn’t measured only by scores and medals. Confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, independence, and learning how to handle both success and failure are equally important parts of an archer’s development.
That approach has helped Wolves archers progress from their first arrows to state championships, state records, national qualifications, and top national finishes.
For Clint, the goal is bigger than producing successful competitors. It’s building an academy where archers enjoy being part of the team, are proud of their progress, and always have an opportunity to take the next step.
